Job description
- The profile includes handling inbound customer calls, updating customer query/complaint in CRM (software).
- Forwarding the complaint to respective field staff. Ensuring customer query/complaint gets resolved in time.
- Handling outbound calls to customer to understand customer satisfaction.
- Handling remote service
- Also maintain documentation and support reporting manager for audit.
Skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
